Software Usage Acknowledgement

This software is provided to assist with business administration, invoicing, stock control, purchasing, reporting and related operational functions.

  1. You may use the software only for lawful and authorised business purposes.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
  3. Activity performed under your account may be recorded in the audit log.
  4. The system may store and process business information, customer information, supplier information, invoice information, stock information, payment information, uploaded documents and user activity records.
  5. You must not misuse the system, bypass security controls, share unauthorised access, tamper with records, upload harmful files or attempt to access information that you are not authorised to view.
  6. Reports, totals, stock values, profit/loss figures and other outputs depend on the accuracy of data captured by users.
  7. The business owner or administrator may manage access, monitor usage, reset passwords and review audit logs where necessary for security, support, compliance or business control.
  8. Continued use may require acceptance of updated terms from time to time.
